Dear Russian players,
Several of you have contacted us with concerns about the Dragons of Tarkir Prereleases.
We want to give you as much information as possible, so you can understand the full picture of what is going on, and why we are taking the course of action we have chosen.
The Situation:
The vast majority (over 90%) of our DTK Prerelease shipments have been blocked on entry by customs, something we and our distributors have no control over.
A small number of stores (under 10 in total) have received some product, but this is not nearly enough to run the events in these stores.
If we did permit this, the overwhelming majority of players who wished to attend them would be turned away – which would be a terrible experience for all concerned.
Our decision:
We want everyone to be able to enjoy these Prerelease events, which unfortunately is not something that can take place this weekend.
As such, we have made decision to postpone the Dragons of Tarkir Prerelease events in Russian territories, likely until the following weekend (March 28th).
We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue, to ensure all stores receive the product they need to offer these events.

As and when we have further information on this, we will inform both stores and players, so you can all play with and enjoy Dragons of Tarkir.
